As a Product Manager I believe in understanding user problems, plan requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverable deadlines and of all, providing a seamless experience to the user.
Process Requirement Documentation
Understanding and collating the requirements for a successful delivery of a feature. The PRD includes the Why, What, How, Collaborators, Timelines, Links etc.
Team Process & System Setting
To ensure that all teams are working in sync with each other and are aligned with the vision of the product, process setting helps follow the necessary steps to be taken for the same.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
Collaborating with the Engineering, Q/A and Customer Success teams as per the set team process to ensure deadlines are being met and processes are being followed.
Data Analytics and Metrics
Collaborating with the Engineering, Q/A and Customer Success teams as per the set team process to ensure deadlines are being met and processes are being followed.
Sprint Process & Task Management
Creating and conducting sprints and ticket handling as per the workflow set on task manager. Also ensuring that the same is being updated to maintain clarity across all teams.
User Research & Testing
Conducting primary and secondary research to understand requirements, metrics, competitors, market scope etc for the feature. Conducting usability tests to make improvements.
Strategic Thinking & Management
Strategising the requirements, deliverables and their releases as per the team’s bandwidth. Maintaining flexibility considering ad-hoc tasks, bugs and priority requests.
Help Content Writing
Communicating the right message for the right situation through error messages, toast messages, help text etc. Maintaining consistency in the brand language.
